Distance Energy Healing

These sound healing sessions are offered as distance healings, which means you do NOT need to be physically present. The energy work operates outside the physical parameters of space and time on the astral plane.

In my experience, distance sessions are equally potent for the recipient as being in-person, thus perfect for anyone that does not live close to me or cannot leave their home. When you purchase a distance healing, I record your personalized session as an audio file and email it. I also email a follow-up video or description detailing what I picked up on during the healing.

I encourage you to create a quiet, sacred space to listen to this recording. The recordings are done as an audio file because watching a video keeps the mind active. Listening with your eyes closed helps you turn inward. A reclined seated position or laying down is generally the most comfortable for the session (30-60 minutes). However, some people are comfortable sitting upright for longer periods of time.
