“Sound is a tool for transformation. Keepers of Frequency, [like me]..., learn how to modulate the frequency they hold through sound. Sound can penetrate any substance, move molecules, and rearrange realities.”

– The Pleiadians, Bringers of the Dawn

What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is the practice of bringing healing to the body –  physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually – using sound waves.

Everything is energy. Life is energy made up of vibration and frequency. Whatever you touch, taste, smell, see, and hear is composed of moving molecules that are interacting with you. You are also comprised of moving molecules.

What science tells us is that humans hear frequencies from 20 Hz up to 20,000 Hz. We also know that frequencies exist outside this range because other animals can hear them but we cannot. For example, dogs can hear higher frequencies than humans while elephants can hear lower frequencies. We also know that we can only see certain frequencies within the visible spectrum – the colors of the rainbow – yet there are all sorts of wavelengths undetected by the human eye! There is a whole helluva lot going on around us that we can neither see nor hear and science is still uncovering how we interact with those unseen frequencies.

Sound waves interact with your body on a cellular level. When I play a singing bowl every cell of your body is affected and as you listen to the tones a myriad of responses can occur. Your body naturally begins to relax, pain receptors become inundated to the point where they can no longer transmit pain impulses, oxygen levels increase, meditation deepens, emotions are released, and ultimately you experience a natural state of harmony. Some clients told me they experienced increased digestive movement, tasting metal in their mouth, or feeling their emotions very strongly. Elation, relaxation, peace, burning, floating, heaviness, weighted, etc. are all words used by my clients to describe their experiences.

The Oldest Form of Healing

Even though modern-day science is still catching up, sound is considered to be one of the oldest forms of healing. Christian, Buddhist, Islamic, and Hindu texts all refer to sacred sounds in the form of chanting, song, and prayer. Sounds in nature are known to relax your nervous system and increase your sense of well-being.

The tones can be felt throughout your entire being. I say “being” instead of “body” intentionally. Your being extends beyond your physical body and the vibration of the bowls interacts with those areas too. Vibration has a magnificent way of penetrating deep into the cells of your body, reaching areas that may very well be inaccessible otherwise. It is like a massage for your cells. It gets things moving, bringing disharmonic toxins to the surface to be filtered out by your body’s filtration system. This is why I strongly urge you to drink tremendous amounts of water after sessions. Fresh, purified, or spring water acts as a conduit or conductor. It keeps your system open and flowing.

The Magic of Crystal Bowls

The sound of a crystal singing bowl is omnipresent. It seems to come from everywhere and nowhere all at once. Conversations cease, focus becomes fuzzy, and the mind becomes a quiet place to be. Sound is the most effective on the energy bodies, which in turn affects the physical body and all of its parts. I use the crystal singing bowls as a tool for harmonizing distortions back into wholeness.

The crystal singing bowls I use are made of quartz crystal that has been melted down and then put in a form to cool. The quartz is heated around 3,000 degrees and becomes soft and flexible. It is my opinion that they resonate more with the Divine Feminine energy compared to the metal Tibetan singing bowls. The harmonic structure of the quartz is quite pure which makes them very activating. Because their sound fades into silence so slowly and smoothly, it is as though you can still hear the bowl’s frequency even after it has completely stopped vibrating. The space in which you are still hearing the consistent sound is a profound state of peace. This state of peace is the whole purpose of sound healing!

What is Reiki?

Reiki is all about energy. It is a vibrational frequency of energy that is specific to making wellness possible on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. It has intelligence beyond what we can rationally grasp. I was attuned to Reiki 1 and 2 by my teacher, Susan Caldwell, in 2017 and 2018 respectively. I am trained to draw that energy into myself to help others heal. All of my work includes Reiki's healing energy. It flows through me and through my life, always.

A guiding principle of R eiki is that Reiki cannot cause harm. It does not conflict with any medical treatment nor does it have a religious context. Reiki does have the potential to speed up the healing processes.* It amplifies the effectiveness of herbs and oils and invites you to take back your innate power to heal. What makes my application of Reiki unique is that I was guided by Spirit to offer Reiki in tandem with the healing power of crystal singing bowls.

What to Expect

During my one-on-one work with you, I may lightly touch you or hover one hand a few inches above your body. The other hand will play the singing bowls while the Reiki energy is channeled in through your chakra system. In most cases, I do not need to do this for the same energy transfer to occur. This is notably the case during distance healings.

In many cases, an individual session can expand into an intuitive energy reading if you're open to it. Messages may come through from Spirit for me to pass on. Sometimes this is simply validation or reassurance that you’re on the right path. In other cases, Spirit will nudge you through me to take the next steps needed on your healing journey. Regardless of what comes through I always ask for the Highest and Best Good of all involved and for the healing to elevate us both.
