This 33-minute sound healing is a guided meditation for astral travel.

Astral Travel is just as real, only in a different way than 3D experiences. I will describe my experience with astral travel (a.k.a. astral projection) and then help walk you through the process.

I walk you through grounding and protecting your energy, setting your intention, and getting comfortable. Then I begin to guide you through the experience.

Keep an open mind. If you’ve struggled with astral projection or believe you can’t do it, you may need to let go of your expectations of what it “should” be.
