I carved out some time today to listen to the Sound Healing for Grief. 2 weeks ago, I found out that I had experienced a pregnancy loss around 23 weeks. There have been a lot of emotional highs and lows as I’ve begun to navigate the grief, so I was a little nervous to see what this healing would bring up for me. Almost immediately, I could feel my sacral chakra beginning to open up and clear. I’m sure I had a lot of stagnant energy there. Then the rattle. As soon as I heard the rattle, it was like my heart just burst open, and I felt a huge shift. I felt all of the heaviness lift. I felt so much lighter and, at times, completely weightless. After the healing, I took a nap and felt real, deep rest for the first time in what feels like a very long time. This feeling gave me hope that things won’t always feel so heavy. Knowing that I can listen to this whenever I want feels like such a blessing in my life, and Amy, so are you. THANK YOU.
